Matthew Cavallo brings a deep-rooted dedication to the 5th Ward. A lifelong Wayne resident and career municipal administrator, he understands the unique character of our community — and he’s running to protect our neighborhood character, ensure fiscal accountability, and put the safety of our residents first.

The Candidate
Meet Matt.
Matt was born and raised right here in Wayne and has spent his life serving this community through public safety and local leadership — as an Eagle Scout, a volunteer firefighter and EMT, a festival chairman, and a local board member. A career municipal administrator with a Master of Public Administration, he’s running for Council to put that experience to work for the 5th Ward.
